Sariba is fast-growing and we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our project team, either based in Norway, Sweden, Spain or fully remote from one of our countries.

What are you expected to do? Well, in a nutshell, you will implement and manage the SuccessFactors Compensation module for our customers.

In the role as SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you will:

  • You will be our subject matter expert and point of contact for SuccessFactors Talent related inquiries and developments in your projects and assignments.
  • Duties will mainly focus on implementation of the SuccessFactors module Compensation, but other modules such as Performance & Goals and Succession & Development is also relevant.
  • Working with the project manager and project team; you will support with end-to-end SuccessFactors Talent implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Together with internal stakeholders ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. We focus on delivering holistic and well-connected solutions for our customers.
  • Stay current with new releases and updates, and proactively share knowledge and suggest improvements to the solution.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role, you will need to have a track record of delivering successful SuccessFactors Compensation module projects and good understanding of HR processes and technology. Excellent consulting skills including communication and interpersonal skills is highly appreciated. Our work language is English, and it’s therefore required fluency both written and spoken. Experience in similar role(s) and with the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is required for this position.

Your educational background may be diverse with major in Human Resources, Tech/IT, Business Administration or similar.
